Judging for the American Advertising Awards will be conducted online.

In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges.

Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Entering the American Advertising Awards supports the entire advertising industry because the AAF and its local and district affiliates use the proceeds to enhance advertising through programs such as public service, professional development, internships, advocacy groups, advertising education, and consumer awareness.

Much of the category coding has changed so please read the rules carefully and select the right category.

  • Single Medium Entry:
    • Member: $105
    • Non-Member: $165
    • Students: $35
  • Single Medium Campaign or Integrated Campaign:
    • Member: $135
    • Non-Member: $195
    • Students: $35

Deadlines

Final deadline for submissions will be 11:59pm, January 17th, 2024.

As a reminder, no physical submissions will be accepted for our local competition or for forwarding on to D2 and the national competitions. Please make sure you submit all pieces accurately in the system when entering. Judging will also be done virtually, and so the only materials the judges will have to score are that which are entered in the online system. Since you must enter your local American Advertising Awards competition to be eligible for district and national judging, it is important that you do not miss this deadline.

 

NOTE ON MEMBER PRICING: If entering using member pricing your membership status will be confirmed. If you or your organization are not a current AAF member you will be invoiced for the difference between member and non-member rates.
