To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.
While AdClub WNC will not be hosting a traditional American Advertising Awards competition this year, you can still enter professional and student work into a virtual version of the competition being conducted by AAF District 3.
Submitted pieces will be judged alongside other entrants from the Asheville area with Silver and Gold ADDY certificates being awarded to the competition’s best work.
While there will not be a gala event, entries that win a Gold ADDY in this local show will automatically advance to the district competition (with district-level Gold ADDY winners advancing to the national competition) as always. Silvers will have the option to pay a forwarding fee to enter the next level of competition.
One exceptional piece from this event will also be named Best of Show.
Entries must be received in Charlotte, NC, by Tuesday January 7. Please allow time for shipping.
