Due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19, the American Advertising Awards competition rules, categories and entry procedures for 2022-2023 have been modified to allow for the possibility of remote online judging.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.
HOW TO ENTER
Step 1: Thoroughly review the entry rules and process. (Please click here for the 2022-2023 Professional Rules & Categories and here for the 2022-2023 Student Rules & Categories.)
Step 2: Review the complete list of categories to find where your work should compete.
Step 3: Register as an entrant.
Step 4: Follow the simple drop-down menus to enter your information.
Step 5: Printed and sign your manifest form and email it to awards@aaflouisville.org.

If the local staff cannot answer your question, they will contact the AAF American Advertising Awards committee on your behalf.

ENTRY DEADLINES
EARLY BIRD PRICING DEADLINE:
Friday, December 16, 2022 - 5 PM
ENTRY DEADLINE:
*Extended* Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 5 PM
LATE ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries can be submitted after the January 11 deadline until Friday, January 13, 2023, for an additional $35 fee per entry.

Professional Member: Single $85 / Campaign $105
Professional Non-Member: Single $115/ Campaign $135
EARLY BIRD STUDENT ENTRY FEES:
Student Member: Single or Campaign $35
Student Non-Member: Single or Campaign $40
PROFESSIONAL ENTRY FEES:
Professional Member: Single $90 / Campaign $110
Professional Non-Member: Single $120/ Campaign $140

Please note: For the 2022-23 competition only, all entries will be submitted online. There will be no physical entry drop-off.
