Judging for the American Advertising Awards will be conducted online.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Entry Information
AAF MEMPHIS ENTRY DEADLINES
Early Bird entries submitted before 11:59pm Wednesday, December 17, 2025, will receive a discount of $10 per single entry or $15 per campaign entry.
Regular entries are due by 11:59pm Monday, January 5, 2026.
Late entries will be accepted for an additional per-entry fee until 11:59pm Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
Late LATE entries fees for an additional per-entry fee from 12:00am Thursday, January 8th 2026 until 11:59pm Friday, January 9th, 2025. We will not accept any entries after 11:59pm Friday, January 9, 2025.
The entry process is virtual, so no print outs needed. Virtual judging starts on Saturday, January 10, 2026.

- $80 for single entries, $90 for campaign entries
- Regular Price (for entries submitted between 12am Thursday, December 18 2025 - 11:59pm Monday, Janaury 5th 2026)
- $90 for single entries, $105 for campaign entries
- Late Fees (for entries submitted after 12am Tuesday, January 6 2026 to 11:59pm Wednesday, January 7 2026):
