To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.
The American Advertising Federation of San Angelo invites you to gather and enter your best advertising work from the following mediums: TV, Radio, Print, and Digital.
The American Advertising Awards Call for Entries will begin November 15, 2018, and will close January 22, 2019. All Student entries submitted before December 31, 2018, and Professional entries before December 31, 2018, will receive an Early Bird Discount.

Please note: Membership status will be manually verified. In order to receive a MEMBERSHIP discount on your entries - you must pay your 2018-2019 Membership Dues. Pay now: AAF 2018/2019 Membership
AAF-SA MEMBER Single Entry: $80
AAF-SA MEMBER Campaign Entry: $110
Non-Member Single Entry: $100
Non-Member Campaign Entry: $130
Fees for Student entries are as follows:
Student Single Entry: $40
Student Campaign Entry: $50
Early Entry Discount:
Professional Entries will receive $20 off of every entry submitted by 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 31, 2018.
Student Entries will receive $5 off of every entry if submitted by 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 31, 2018.
