To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Entry Fees:
$125 per entry for members.
$250 per entry for nonmembers.
$25 for student work entry
If the system says you already have an account you probably do have one associated with your email because of a previous 50 entry. Trigger the system to send a new password to you by clicking forgot password.
What do I upload here? Each Entry assets, up to 10. Uploads may be of any file type. Maximum file size is 1gb in size.
What type of video formats are supported? We support popular web, consumer and professional media formats. Examples include 3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MP4 and MPEG2. Quicktime files ending in .mov are also generally accepted, however, .mov files using proprietary codecs such as RED, ARRI or Avid will not be transcoded and therefore are not accepted.
Digital entries: Entry submission can include submission of creative assets either via digital file uploads, JPEG screenshots (for Social Media) or submission of URLs for judging (carefully follow the submission instructions during the online entry process).
