To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Guidelines for Submissions
Please submit your art online as a PDF as all entries will be judged online this year. Feel free to snap a photo or make a video of your entry if that would benefit the piece.
We are excited to continue our LOCAL only award this year:
Best Work That Never Ran: So much great work was either created as spec or for whatever reason didn't run. We've all had clients change their minds but that doesn't mean the work doesn't warrant recognition! Note this award is local only, which means a win here will not be forwarded to the District Competition, but will give you bragging rights.
We will also be awarding a Judges Choice Mosaic Award. The Mosaic Award best exemplifies the spirit of diversity and inclusion by demonstrating an understanding of and sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and buying practices of multi-cultural audiences.
