To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.

Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.

In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.

Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Submissions for this year’s AAF Greenville American Advertising Awards will open on January 9, 2024. The final date to submit is January 26, 2024 January 30, 2024. 

 

The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition. The mission of the Awards competition is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising done during the previous year. Winners are selected by the judges and given a Gold or Silver award.

A reminder that all entries will be submitted and judged virtually; we are not accepting any physical entries. 

  • In all categories where a physical printout is typically needed, entrants are allowed to upload a written description, video, photography and/or any digital examples of the entry to help with judging.

  • With this in mind, there WILL NOT be a physical entry drop-off location this year. All payments should be submitted virtually with your entries.

PROFESSIONAL VIRTUAL SUBMISSIONS

  • Final Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2024, by 11:59 pm
    • Members: Single Entry is $75  /  Campaign Entry is $105
    • Non-Members: Single Entry is $135  /  Campaign Entry is $155

STUDENT VIRTUAL SUBMISSIONS

  • Final Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2024, by 11:59 pm
    • Flat fee of $30 per entry
