To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

The AMERICAN ADVERTISING AWARDS competition is back again and we thank you for participating with your entry.
All Hampton Roads & Richmond AAF and AIGA members will be able to participate at FULL MEMBER DISCOUNT STATUS if you have a current paid membership with one of the local clubs.

No Physical "Take In / Drop-Off" for entries
ALL ENTRIES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY ON THIS SITE
This is because the District 3 and National competitions are both only accpeting digital images/links/files of competition creative for review for an "Addy Award" so requiring "physical" copies for the local competitions would only have usage at this level of the competition. You are welcomed to mail a "physical" copy of creative for the local competition if you believe it's critical to judging of your work but that will only be reviewed for the local competition. If you win and are eligble to move to the Region or National level, only your digital image/link/or file will be forwarded.
