To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

We are very happy to announce greater software improvements that make entering this year's competition easier and faster! The navigation is very user-friendly and uploads take less time. AAF Treasure Coast membership means you save on entry fees in the Amercian Advertising Awards. You can pay your entry fees online with a credit card.
The Member Single Entry Fee is $100 and the Member Campaign Entry Fee is $150.
Non-member Single Entry Fees are $160 and Non-member Campaign Entry Fees are $220.
The Student Member Single Entry Fee is $25 and the Student Member Campaign Entry Fee is $50.
The Student Non-member Single Entry Fee is $40 and the Student Non-member Campaign Entry Fee is $75.
This year we will be virtual with all entries so no hard copies of your American Advertising Award entries are needed. Just upload your entries to our American Advertising Awards Competition portal. You can even make your payment for entries in the portal. Join us for our Awards Gala at our new venue Friday, Feb. 24, 2023 from 6-9 p.m. at the campus of Indian River State College Ft. Pierce in the Kight Center Atrium, Building V as in Victory. Tickets for the Gala are $50 and include a complete buffet dinner and beverages.
