To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.

Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.

In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.

Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Student Art Show at the American Advertising Awards Gala

Gold and Silver winning entries will have the opportunity to be featured in the student art show at the American Advertising Awards Gala. Winners will be notified shortly after the judging weekend. Winning pieces need to be physically dropped off at Better Business Bureau in OKC no later than February 22 at 4:30 p.m. More details regarding physical drop-offs will be included in the email notifying winners.

Signed Manifests 
We will need a signed manifest for all entries. The manifest must be signed and emailed to okcaddyawards@gmail.com by January 10, 2024, since the judging process will be conducted online this year. You'll receive an email with the manifest form and instructions when you submit your entries.

Payment will be accepted online at the time of entry. You can also pay by check, which can be mailed prior to January 10, 2024, to the address below.
