To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.
Welcome to the Ad Club of Northeast Louisiana's American Advertising Awards Entry Gateway for the 2021 American Advertising Awards. The 56th Annual American Advertising Awards event will be held on February 24th, 2022.
Remember, you don't have to be a member of the Ad Club of NELA to enter! Almost any creative work you designed or produced in 2021 is eligible to enter! This includes collateral materials, t-shirt designs, banners, websites, signage, social media campaigns, videos, posters and more! Winning an ADDY is a recognition of outstanding work in the industry by your peers. ADDY awards go a long way when seeking new clients and business. And they are a great addition to that resume.
We encourage all advertisers and creatives to take this opportunity to have your work recognized and celebrated at our best gala yet!

All judging will be virtual, so there is no need to drop off physicial entries. Judges will view your submitted entries online, so keep this in mind when uploading your entry documents. However, since all judging is being held online, District is asking that you PRINT and SIGN your entry manifest, then either SCAN it and EMAIL it to nelaadclub@gmail.com or DROP IT to a board member. That way we will have record of your signed manifest.
