To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.

Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.

In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.

Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

Join Greater SF Ad Club to enjoy many local and national benefits in GSFAC and AAF.

We are the Greater SF Ad Club. Born in 1906, and active continually since then, we are a network of like minded creative professionals. We have built an agenda for affecting the future, and a forum for sharing the best and most innovative work in the Bay Area. We build communities. We hold an awards show of work created locally, and exported globally, that is judged by icons, and that creates real progress in a craft and a career. We create events that allow us all to meet and connect and become one with the most thriving creative community in the business. We are from the agency world, the brand world, the technology world and a vast network of students and emerging creatives. As creative professionals we acknowledge that this place is unique, and that as a part of this community, the work we do should add up to more than just increased shareholder value. We work to support causes that matter, and we affect change by doing what we do best - making messages that spread ideas. We believe firmly that great work that means something makes for interesting careers and larger lives.

GSFAC supports education, diversity and worthwhile causes, recognizes creative excellence and, at the same time, build comunity among creative professionals and students. We are the AAF chapter that emcompasses the seven SF Bay Area counties; Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Solano. As the “Unifying Voice for Advertising,” the American Advertising Federation, headquartered in Washington, D.C., represents 50,000 professionals in the advertising industry. AAF’s 130 corporate members include advertisers, agencies and media companies that comprise the nation's leading brands and corporations. AAF has a national network of over 200 clubs and connects the industry with an academic base through another 200+ college chapters.
