To access the Judges Portal, you will need to use the credentials sent to you by AAF National.
Judging may be hosted virtually. Please check with your local Chapter to verify requirements of physical entries. Requirement of physical entry submissions is at the discretion of the local AAF Chapter.
In some categories, entrants are allowed and/or required to upload additional digital examples of an entry. This is intended to provide more appropriate content for the judges, should a virtual judging solution be necessary. For most categories, there has been no change from prior competition years.
Please carefully follow all online submission guidelines provided within the entry system, in order to ensure that your work is properly represented during all three tiers of the American Advertising Awards competition.

*Late fees will be applied starting February 1, 2024, at 12:00am Pacific Time, see fees below.
Final Entry Deadline: February 5, 2024 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time

Individual Entry: $100/member | $115/non-member
Campaign Entry: $110/member | $125/non-member
Late Fee: $10 per entry
STUDENT Competition
Individual Entry: $50/member | $60/non-member

Will there be physical entries this year?
Nope, all AAF Las Vegas 2023-2024 American Advertising Awards entries will be judged online only; no physical entries will be accepted. You're welcome, or we're sorry 😉
That being said, it will be even more important to upload great photos and videos where allowed. For nearly all entries, you can now upload five files/images and a video.
For example, if you submit an annual report as your entry, you can submit photos of the interior and exterior of the piece as well as a video highlighting key pieces of the work for the judges to watch. Since these images and videos are replacing the physical entry, take the time to ensure they represent your entry in the best way possible!
